Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.  Domestic shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once processed allow 2 business days to ship. Unless you have selective express 1-day domestic shipping. Maria Elizabeth items are insured through USPS to be delivered to you safely.  

Refund Policy

Maria Elizabeth has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the item you have purchased you may return the item for a refund* or exchange* within 30 days of the date of shipment.

Maria Elizabeth Jewelry will refund or exchange your item as long as there are no signs of wear or damage in any way. Our in-store repair department will evaluate the item and you will be contacted if there are any signs of wear or damage. You must contact Maria Elizabeth Jewelry for a Return Authorization Code for your item and have it clearly marked on the outside of the package. If the Return Authorization Code is improperly displayed or the package is uninsured it will be refused.

How to Prepare Your Return

1. Return Authorization Code: contact Maria Elizabeth Jewelry at mariaelizabethjewlery@gmail.com and reference your order id number. You will receive an email shortly with a Return Authorization Code. Please record this code and clearly mark it on the outside of the package.

2. Package your Return: include original box that your item was shipped in and a copy of your paperwork. For security purposes please address the package to the following:

Please also remember to include your Return Authorization Code for your item, clearly marked on the outside of the package.

3. Insure your Package: Be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been reached to its destination. Exclusively Diamonds is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments.
